After the Caffarella park the Roman aqueducts will arise making you understand how these masterpieces have had such an influence on human society. At the Capanelle train station the tour will persecute by train to Castel Gandolfo. After 30 minutes journey by train a great path for mountain bikes will lead you around the Albano lake where you can enjoy the real fun of biking. And just when it is time to relax, your guide will lead you to a nice restaurant with a wonderful view on Castel Gandolfo lake. After lunch it will be time to head back to Rome: a nice descent will set in. Once downhill, the bike tour will follow the ancient Appia Antica; biking on cobble stones that date back more than 2300 years ago and being amazed along the road by tombs, ruins and ancient Roman remains.
