Description

Khongsittha’s mission is to promote Muay Thai as a healthy lifestyle to achieve physical and mental fitness.

We welcome all experience levels.

After training, experience authentic Thai food: the Pad Thai.

Itinerary:
Activity 1 (1 hr.)
- Learn the foundations of Muay Thai (Khongsittha Muay Thai)
- Warm-up Jog
- Skip Ropes
- Shadow Boxing
- Pad Work & Bag Work
- Technique Emphasis
- Bodyweight Exercises
- Cool Down

Activity 2 (1 hr)
- Enjoy a delicious Pad Thai after training and Pressed Juice


Highlights

- Learn the foundations and basics of Muay Thai
- This activity is open to participants as young as six years old
- Be trained by former champions and active Muay Thai fighters

What to wear and bring:
- Comfortable activity outfit for Muay Thai
- Comfortable activity shoes
- Extra clothes
- Towel


Safety- - Participants must be physically fit to take the activity.
- Children must be accompanied by their parent.
- Participant who has a back pain are not advised to take the activity.
