Visit Los Tres Ojos Park, a beautiful and amazing wonder of nature. The formation of the Parque Los Tres Ojos (Three Eyes Park) is a natural phenomenon few times seen. It is due to the rise of rivers, rising until the formation of the three lakes. This magnificent natural process was carried out for thousands of years. Aside from the presence of the three lakes with their crystal clear waters, here lies a rich fauna where we can find a wide variety of fish, bats, and the largest ferns of the island measuring up to four meters in height.

The Faro a Colon Lighthouse, which is an important historical place, it is a monument dedicated to the memory of the mortal remains of Christopher Columbus, the discoverer of America. Here the memory and the international heritage related to the discovery and colonization is exposed, disseminated, and preserved. This monumental lightgouse when lit up at night will proyect a giant cross into the sky!

Another place of remarkable interest is the National Aquarium Santo Domingo, its excellent location displays more than 250 different marine species without an artificially controlled the environment. It has 90 tanks and 7 ponds. The most appreciated by visitors is the pool of sharks, a large enclosure where you can see a large number of nurse sharks a few centimeters from you.

It also has an underwater tunnel built below the surface where you can see countless species such as tarpon, turtles, sharks inside a transparent passageway that surrounds the visitor and allows you to walk like if you were walking on the surface of the sea.
